What We Do
WIN’s innovative, award-winning model for prevention and early intervention – in-home caregiver-child psychotherapy paired with case management and focused on outcomes – forms the basis for our relationship-based care. In addition to these core services, WIN offers additional strengths-based, trauma-informed supports including family and community events, psychoeducation groups, systems navigation, and other community activities designed to promote social-emotional development and safe, stable, nurturing relationships. WIN services impact thousands of lives each year.

How We Do It
- Weekly in-home caregiver-child psychotherapy with bilingual, master’s-level WIN clinicians
- Weekly in-home adult individual therapy with bilingual, master’s-level WIN clinicians for those in our caregiver-child psychotherapy program who need additional support
- Intensive case management service including resources & linkages for the entire family such as diapers, food pantry, legal, medical clinic, transportation, childcare, early intervention services, and more
- Professional-level, multidisciplinary WIN infant mental health training & consultation to ensure that direct service staff & clinicians throughout LA can better address their own communities’ needs
- Family-focused events that give caregivers and children the opportunity to engage in developmentally appropriate play activities while helping develop social networks and creating opportunities for positive, loving interactions between children and their caregivers
- Community Ambassador Network which conducts in-person and virtual outreach in the communities we serve to connect families to vital mental health, COVID-19, and other resources, as well as educational opportunities
