With the vision of an artist and the approach of a strategist, Nicole Rademacher joins the WIN team as Communications & Media Director. Prior to WIN, she was the inaugural Digital Communications Manager for the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, where she designed and implemented the Department’s first digital voice, led social media for the City’s first public art triennial (CURRENT:LA), and created lasting relationships with like agencies both locally and nationally.

Additionally, she led communications and outreach efforts for Southern California’s largest artist residency, 18th Street Arts Center, as their Director of Communications & Outreach. Nicoleshepherded their rebranding in collaboration with RPA Advertising, produced at all of their events and fostered a supportive and creative environment with local and international artists. Nicole Rademacher holds a Master’s of Fine Arts in Electronic Integrated Arts from Alfred University and a Bachelor’s Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Additionally, she completed the SEA (Social Emotional Arts) Certification program through UCLA Arts & Healing.
