At WIN, Kylie Foster works with infants, children, and caregivers providing dyadic, family and individual therapy to assist families in forming stronger attachments and improve functioning. She also provides supervision and extensive training for student interns working towards their master’s degree in Social Work, as well as provides mental health consultation services to Early Head Start programs in the area to ensure that service providers are able to adequately support children and families with mental health needs.
Prior to joining WIN, Kylie worked as a therapeutic childcare teacher with young children who had experienced abuse, neglect, or was classified as “at-risk,” ensuring they met their developmental and social-emotional needs. She also has experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents in foster care, as well as to their caregivers. Kylie received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Seattle University and obtained her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
