Celia Nuñez received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University Los Angeles. Previously, she worked as a Service Coordinator for the Harbor Regional Center (HRC) where she provided support and linkages to resources to children and young adolescents with developmental disabilities. Prior to working at HRC, she worked as a Case Manager for Kedren Community Mental Health Center. There she encouraged children and their families to utilize their coping skills and helped them gain resilience in regards to their mental health. Celia is passionate about serving the disadvantaged populations and enjoys making a difference in people’s lives. She has come to realize that innovation is the key to a brighter future.
